How do I complete the check-ins?

The check-ins are located on the Home page (the same page as the missions) and are made available each Sunday during before your quit date, then daily for the first 7 days after your quit date, and weekly thereafter. Underneath the missions, you'll see "Health Assessment" and a box that says Complete check-in. Tap "Complete check-in" and be sure to go through each screen until you reach the screen that says “Done” at the bottom. Tap the “Done” button so the check-in registers as complete.
