As of June 1st, 2021 we are moving into a license based model that will allow us to provide Clickotine on a time based access. This means that when you are granted a license via an access code, you will have access to the application for a set amount of time and a set amount of benefits. You can have a one time use license or a multi-use licence (shared codes between individuals).
This change will be implemented in the latest version of the app 2.4.0. You would need to upgrade to the latest version to continue using the app. If you see an “Access Expired” screen that means that your or your sponsor’s license is expired. To renew, you'll need to enter an access code in the app anytime on or after June 1st, 2021. For help obtaining your access code, visit try.clickotine.com and tap “I don't have an access code.”
If your sponsor is renewing the license, you will receive an email with your sponsor’s access code and you will remain on your current quit plan. However, if your sponsor is not renewing, you will see a revoked access screen and won’t regain access until you obtain another access code elsewhere. If you renew under a new sponsor who offers our outcomes model, your quit plan will reset.
