Password reset instructions

  1. Open the app
  2. Tap ‘Log In’ located at the bottom of the screen
  3. Tap ‘Forgot your password?’ located under the ‘Log In’ button
  4. Enter your email to receive the password reset link
  5. Check your email to retrieve the link and follow the steps to reset
  6. Once you've created your new password, open the app and tap 'Log in' to enter your email and new password. Note: if the app does not accept your new password, try swiping the app away to close it and then reopen the app. Tap 'Log in' and try again.
