Recently we have made some changes to the CAP program, however the number of missions and check-ins to complete the program will remain the same, 21 missions and 8 check-ins. The changes will impact how the check-ins become available. Before your quit date, check-ins will be available every Sunday. Instead of having check-ins available each sunday after your quit date, they will be available every day for the first 7 days after your quit date, and weekly thereafter from the date of your quit date. For example, if your quit date was on a Monday, you will see a new check-in prompt each following Monday, after the first week of your quit.
